The house is located right by the path to the beach, on the edge of a holiday home settlement on Germany’s Baltic coast. Its quiet, sunny, and beachside setting next to the Kühlung nature reserve offers beautiful views of the surrounding meadows and fields. From the top floor, you can enjoy sea views of the Baltic Sea, just a few hundred meters away. The house features three terraces with garden furniture and a bench, three bathrooms, a large modern kitchen, and five sleeping areas (four bedrooms and an open sleeping gallery). It accommodates 2 to 8 people (1 double bed, 6 single beds—can be arranged as doubles—and a cot). A sauna and bicycles are available. The spacious garden is mostly fenced. The open driveway has a maritime design and offers four parking spaces. A shop and a playground are nearby. The beach is about 900 m away, and a supervised beach with beach chairs is around 1.8 km away. This home is ideal for families seeking comfort, peace, and proximity to the Baltic Sea. To the west of the Reethaus are Poel Island and the Wustrow Peninsula. To the east is the Buk lighthouse, with the highest beacon in northern Germany (95.3 m), about 6 km away. By bike, you can reach the Baltic resort of Kühlungsborn in about 8 km. From the top floor, you have distant views of passing ships, the Baltic Cycle Path, and even as far as the Fehmarnsund Bridge and Denmark.
